core type has no ceiling, no partition and no ceramic tiles ang flooring and bathroom pero complete accessories naman while the complete type is titira ka na lang talaga. this model has 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet and bath, ceramic tiles ang flooring and the bathroom and service area

yes there is a downpayment in magnolia model - 65t payable in 6 months. but if you are going to reserve on or before nov22 may 5t less sya may open house kasi kami on that day, 5t lang ang reservation.... pm me if you want to see the site

kayo po ba si mam cristine? ung nag contact sa amin last friday regarding site visit? We tried to call you to re-sched kasi po loaded ang schedule namin that day. Anyway, pwede naman po sa laram na lang po tayo magkita pag nagsite visit po tayo. Site visit sched are Saturdays 9am & 1pm, Sundays 1pm & Monday-Friday by schedule.
